Autonomised harming

Abstract This paper sketches elements of a theory the ethics autonomised harming: phenomenon delegating decisions about whether and whom to harm artificial intelligence (AI) in self-driving cars autonomous weapon systems. First, elucidates challenge integrating non-human, agents, which lack rights duties, into our moral framework relies on precisely these notions determine permissibility harming.
